- Log-in to DuKKia using your current password. If you forgot your password, either select Forgot my password and follow the steps.
- Once you've logged in, click on Hello your-email!.
- Select Change Password.
- Complete the Change Password form.
- Click Update password.
- Log-in to DuKKia.
- On the page menu, click on BUSINESS PROFILE.
- Select your profile and click View.
- Make your changes and click Next.
- Click Submit to save the change.
- Log-in to DuKKia.
- On the page menu, click on Our Users.
- Type in user fullname and user email.
- Click Add User.
- On the page menu, click on Our Users.
- Click Assigned Functions button.
- Scroll throuhg and Check the box next to a Function.
- Scroll back up and click Save Changes.
- Click Exit.
- Wait five minutes and check again (sometimes there are delays).
- Check your spam folder.
- Search for "DuKKia.com" in your mailbox.
- Confirm your email address is spelt correctly.
- Contact us to investigate further.
